You’ll find our renovated 1920’s retro orange caboose-turned-coffee-shop with tons of umbrellas and outdoor seating on 3rd & Water St. across from Veteran’s Park by the river. The Happy Ending’s Caboose Cafe is located steps from downtown Canon City, the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, and the Arkansas River Walk. Oh, yes! We are also on the way to the Royal Gorge Bridge.
