Cinnamon Roll

A gorgeous, fresh-baked 6-inch wide cinnamon roll covered in sweet cream cheese icing.

Southwest Wrap

Scrambled eggs, avocado, arugula, diced potato/hashbrowns, cheddar jack, and honey jalapeno aioli wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Breakfast Burrito

Scrambled eggs with sausage, diced country potato, and cheddar jack in a flour tortilla. Smothered in Colorado green chile. Prefer vegetarian? Just let us know.

Breakfast Sandwich

Scrambled eggs with melted cheddar and bacon or sausage on a brioche bun.

Crepes

Chocolate, Mixed Berry, or Savory.

Coffee and Espresso

Cappuccino or Latte - 16oz

Grilled Angus Burger

1/3 pound patty served on a toasted Colorado Harvest Moon brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Add cheddar, jalapeno aioli, applewood-smoked bacon or an add’l 1/3 lb. patty for an add'l charge.

Veggie Wrap

Avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta, olive tapenade, and tzaziki on a spinach wrap.

Signature Salad

Crisp garden greens, candied nuts, applewood-smoked bacon, feta, croutons, tomato, cucumber and onion. Your choice of ranch, champagne vinaigrette or raspberry vinaigrette.
